Cable Matting

CMW Ltd (Cable Management Warehouse LTD) are pleased to announce their latest best selling and innovative product to save time, money and to protect data cables when containment beneath flooring or within wire basket tray is necessary. The product is already being widely used within our industry and is commonly known as ‘Cable Matting’ 

Installing and repairing cables or basket trays beneath a floor is costly and time consuming so our matting system provides the answer. The solution is simple and economical by the laying of 6mm closed cell matting within the tray to protect the cables from being crushed over a period of time. This product, although not new to our market, is now recognised as an ideal solution throughout the industry by both consultants and installers. If cable baskets are not in use we also offer an alternative product:  floor matting using the same closed cell material. It is rolled directly out on the floor to create a ‘pathway’ for the cables which are simply laid on the 13mm matting. Both “mattings " are made from a closed cell flexible nitrile rubber material which is moisture resistant,  Class ‘O’ fire resistant, shock absorbing so prevents damage to your important  (essential) data cables. Maintenance and repair are minimised once this matting is installed; it absorbs shock and prevents damage.The basket matting is 6mm in depth and is supplied in three different widths on a 30m roll, this enable the matting to be cut to length to lay in the basket trays.The floor matting is 13mm deep and supplied in four different widths on a 14m roll. This can then be rolled on directly to the floor between the pedestal legs creating a cushion for the data cables. As it is such a lightweight and flexible product it provides speedy and easy installation and easily transportable.  Available in a variety of widths and roll lengths from our extensive stock for next day deliveries anywhere in the UK.
