Press Release
AppQoS – A Revolution for Application Performance Management in Distributed Networks for Enterprises, Service and Cloud Providers
IPExpo 2011, London, UK – 19th October 2011 — For the first time Enterprise, Cloud and Service Providers will have access to a comprehensive distributed APM solution for multiple and geographically disbursed sites. iTrinegy, specialists in networked application performance releases the new generation of AppQoS with a unique architecture that solves the APM issues associated with correlating data across disparate networked environments.
The unique architecture of AppQoS makes the technology more scalable, more capable and more applicable in terms of implementation flexibility, which is essential for application delivery across changing networks. This will greatly benefit Enterprises, Service and Cloud Providers who need to manage APM across multiple network segments. With its unique clustering capability, AppQoS delivers real-time, passive network full-stream monitoring, analysis, reporting and health metrics for every network transaction over each monitored network segment, providing a total end-to-end APM solution.
Graham Wood, Business Development Director for iTrinegy “What really matters to an organization, from an IT prospective, is application delivery and performance: IT manage the critical applications that support or in many cases are the commercial business operations of an organization. As it’s a software based solution the cost of AppQoS will be very compelling to Enterprise, ISP/Managed Services and SME/B customers, and we believe it will change the face of today’s Enterprise-class APM”
Networked APM has arguably always been important but today it has greater significance due to not only virtualization (dynamic and distributed application management) but WANs, Mobile Applications, Web (home banking, shopping, video on demand, VoIP) and especially Cloud-based services. Graham continues “Network APM is a fundamental requirement for network infrastructure and application management. Whilst iTrinegy isn’t new to network APM I believe that this next generation is far more than just our next release of AppQoS; it is the next generation in Network APM”
AppQoS delivers visibility of network traffic, networked application performance, bandwidth contention and end-user experience and has unmatched deployment, operational flexibility and scalability.
